Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in Belle Fur products! We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you can return your purchase for a refund.

Eligibility for Refunds

• You may be eligible for a full refund for unworn and undamaged Products within 05 days of your purchase date.
• Returned Products must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• We do not accept returns for used, damaged, or altered items.
• Final Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to this policy:

• Items marked as “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or accidents cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to Make a Return

1. To initiate a return, please contact us at csd@bellefur.com or by Phone/WhatsApp at +971558175799 within 05 days of receiving your order.
2. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
4. If your return is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Processing Time

Please allow 07 business days for your return to be processed and your refund to be issued. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs

• You will be responsible for the cost of shipping the returned item(s) back to Belle Fur.
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to offer exchanges for returned items. If you would like a different size or color, you will need to place a new order.
